How to properly use your Li-Ion battery from the cell phone, tablet or laptop:
- Draining it completely puts a strain on it
- Keeping it full all the time is also bad
- Should discharge it at least 10% each time you use it
- A full discharge is equivalent to 10 discharges of 10% each
- Keep it cool
- It lasts 2-3 years whether you use it or not
